How long does setup take?
Most companies are fully up and running within an hour. You can import your team, create your sites, and start tracking immediately. We also offer free onboarding calls for companies with 20+ workers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a full 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to all features including payroll, site management, timesheets and messaging from day one.
Can workers use it on their phone?
Absolutely. The worker dashboard is fully mobile-optimised. Workers can submit timesheets, request leave, view their tasks and send messages straight from their phone — no app download needed.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use role-based access control so every user only sees what they're permitted to see. All data is stored securely, and we maintain a full audit log of every action taken on the platform.
Do you offer support?
Yes — email and phone support is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 IST. Enterprise customers also get a dedicated account manager and priority support response times.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no penalties. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your admin settings. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need.
